I help people who are living with daily pain, chronic stress, and chronic health conditions, to integrate well-rounded and healthful lifestyle routines that have been proven to prevent and improve health issues, such as high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease, and many stress-related illnesses.
For over a decade, I have worked with clients living with serious illnesses to help them relieve debilitating pain, improve physical mobility, decrease mental stress, enhance overall quality of life, and reduce the amount of medications they are taking.
With experience in internal medicine, lifestyle medicine, palliative care, Ayurveda, and therapeutic yoga, I enjoy taking a holistic approach in supporting clients through their wellness journey. This may look like counseling on healthy eating habits and personalized exercise regimens, prescribing various relaxation techniques for stress and insomnia, or customizing therapeutic movement practices for chronic pain conditions.
